Christopher Amadol responded promptly and professionally and eas able to flat bed a vehicle to a dealership that was in a very tough spot but he was able to make it happen and deliver the vehicle damage free.

Triple A sent your company regarding a battery issue. Within fifteen or twenty your driver Christian arrived. He introduced himself and asked my problem. I advised I thought the battery was shot. He then advised he would do a complete check of the electrical system which he did. He advised and explained everything as he performed the service. Our son, a new driver, called us panicked as he saw his tire PSR plummet to 6. We called AAA and before I could finish the call, the driver, Matt C, with priced rite towing was calling. He was SO NICE and on the scene within 15 minutes of our initial call. As he approached I was on the phone with my son and I heard Matt introduce himself and say “tire trouble? Want me to show you how to fix it for next time?” He calmed my son down immediately and could not have been nicer. I HIGHLY recommend priced rite towing and hope anyone that needs them is lucky enough to encounter Matt C.

I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire And unfortunately, I didn’t have a Jack. Matt CASATUTA Showed up and took care of my flat tire in no time. He had my spare on lickety-split. Very friendly, helpful and took care of me. Make sure to give this guy a raise.

Had to call for a battery charge My Driver Steven Ipock was here in less than half hour. He tested my battery explained everything. I needed new battery he had on his truck and installed for me. Great prompt service.

I have had one of the worst weeks possible. Sudden death in the family left my brain fried. I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk like an idiot. After calling AAA they sent out Anthony C from Priced Rite towing. Not only did he get my door open in less than 5 minutes but he was kind, prompt, understanding, and all around angel in my hour of need. Get this guy a promotion and raise he is doing everything "Rite" and this company is lucky to have him.
